| Grant Writing | Kathleen (Kitty) Paino's background includes over 30 years working and teaching in private and public sector management and administration. Her work includes ten years as a community college Dean of Continuing Education, overseeing and providing project management and education for small business and large businesses. She also has several years of experience in Human Resources and Affirmative Action. She received the award of Community Educator of the Year for the State of Oregon in 2003.
